Terms of use

These terms govern your use of OnCall Tech, operated by Insight Agência de Marketing LTDA. By buying or using OnCall Tech you agree to them.

License. Your one-time payment of $34.90 gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use OnCall Tech for as long as OnCall Tech is offered ("lifetime access"). Accounts are for one person; team plans are sold separately.

AI assistant allowance. The AI assistant includes a monthly fair-use allowance of 100 questions and 10 photo analyses, renewed each calendar month. Unused allowance does not roll over. The AI assistant is not unlimited. We may offer optional paid top-ups. We will give at least 30 days' notice before reducing the allowance for existing customers.

Reference tool, not professional advice. OnCall Tech is an informational reference for trained technicians. Content and AI answers can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for your work, for following the manufacturer's documentation, local codes and safety practices, and for using qualified, licensed professionals where required (including gas work and EPA Section 608 refrigerant work).

Manufacturer content. OnCall Tech does not host manufacturer manuals, service documentation or images. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content. Brand names identify appliances only and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Acceptable use. Do not resell, scrape, or redistribute OnCall Tech content, share your account, or attempt to bypass usage limits.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnCall Tech's total liability is limited to the amount you paid. OnCall Tech is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
