We collect what we need to run OnCall Tech: your email, purchase records (processed by Paddle, our merchant of record; we never see your full card number), usage counts for the AI allowance, the questions and photos you send to the assistant, and basic analytics.

Questions and photos are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate answers. We do not sell your personal information.

Photos are compressed on your device before upload and used only to answer your question. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time: support@oncalltech.online.

California residents: you may request access to or deletion of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
