We will refund you if you were charged twice, charged in error, or never received access and we cannot fix it. Email support@oncalltech.online with your receipt. Refunds required by applicable law are always honored.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle, our merchant of record, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. Access ends when a refund is processed.
